Not worth the headaches. Paid top dollar when first released. Then it made me pay again. Doesnt work with ios8, which has been out for months now. Creator doesnt respond to emails. What a scam. Theres plenty of decent players out there. Avoid this one at all costs.

The developers took our money and ran with it. Check the date of the last update. Zero customer service.

I love this app and I miss being able to use it. Please update it to work with IOS 8.

This was a great app until I purchased the upgrade. Now it shuts down on its own every few minutes or if I change songs. I just turned it on, got 1/2 of a song played and it shut down. Would love an update to fix this problem because the sound is amazing!

Guess Im being punished for upgrading my phone. Shows that I purchased the app but wants me to pay AGAIN! When will Aphex fix this?

This app is a great one and I use it all the time. Right after I upgraded the iOS 8 the app began to crash. ??? Help please. Also I paid money for this app and it still says demo on the start screen and it never does run smooth sometimes itll kick you out of the menus please fix this I dont like paying for junk.

IOS 8.1.1 upgraded from Demo version but graphic interface still says "demo" and it will not change. Seems to work fine on iPad 3, IOS 8.1.1, odd since its an iPhone app. It refuses to play at all on iPhone and crashes when I hit play on first song. Useless. No version update since Oct. 2013, says it all. It gets 1 star only because it runs on my iPad.

This app was an absolute "must have" prior to the iOS 8 family of upgrades. It needs an iOS 8 update badly as it currently crashes so often, that its nearly useless. To the tech team, PLEASE fix this! You have a vast following out there badmouthing your lack of response to this critical issue. We miss hearing our music the way it was meant to be heard!!

The audio sound is amazing - for the minute that it works. But it crashes so often that I cant recommend it, and it appears that the developer has abandoned the project.

So have you guys chosen to abandon this app??? Still no update. Still does not work. ???????????????????????

It sounds great, but it crashes too often for the price. This is NOT a feasible option for music playback

With each new release of this app, less and less of it works. With this latest update, it wont even play music anymore. It still shows up as a demo version, even though Ive restored by in app purchase multiple times. I had such high hopes for this app because it was made by Aphex, a company I admired and whose equipment Ive used (and sold) for decades. Dont waste your money on this poor excuse for an audio player.

Downloaded this on iPhone 5 works great got new iPhone 6 transferred but would not work

Sound is highly enhanced, BUT The app is really poor: 1) no updates, 2) after having paid I still have the word "DEMO" on the app welcome screen, 3) poor music navigation, 4) no iOS 7/8 (flat) interface, 5) and above all you cannot control it (pause, stop, etc.) from the iOS Lock screen. 6) Support is also weak, as no response from twitter. This app is not giving a good service to the company reputation.

Beware customer support for this app is horrible. I have sent numerous complaints to the developers to fix the constant crashing I encounter when using this app; please fix your app!

This once was a great app and bought the studio upgrade and couldnt think of listening music without it but now it crashes any where between 1-15 songs. I sent emails to dev. Team but they do not respond. Dont buy this app till they fix the problem. Update... Getting cover art did fix the crashing but I forgot to mention that play/stop button doesnt work on locked screen or pull up menu.

The Good: The audio improvement is stunning -- like the difference between CD and FM. Seriously. The Bad: In iOS 8, crashes when playing songs that are missing artwork. (Same songs play fine in other music apps.) This annoyance has basically forced me to use other apps, just so I can actually play all the songs I want. (Last update was 10/2013 -- PLEASE fix the iOS 8 compatibility!) A distant second annoyance is the interface -- its pretty dated and the controls should be bigger. Really deserves an update. (Devs: Take a look at Car Tunes and Stezza -- those are sharp interfaces!)

To begin with,artists disappear from my list and I have to search for their songs individually and that frustrates me. Another point is why doesnt the developer of this app offer upgrades to iron out the the bugs, like crashing so much.

Because: a). I personally believe my audio finally sounds right. And thats far better than any other available App. b). Once you customize your settings, theres no more fiddling around with it. As your music plays, the enhancement works on every type of music in your iDevice! The genre may change - but enhancement remains! Take this test yourself. Download and open the Free App and follow directions. Once your iTunes music imports, select a song to play. While your music is playing, enable and disable Audio Enhancer by tapping the Logo in the center of the screen. Youre now hearing your music as it was meant to sound! And thats only the beginning, because (just trust me on this) youll want to upgrade your App to enjoy the full experience. I upgraded from inside the App itself and purchased the Aphex Studio. It allows me to further customize my settings so I hear my music exactly how it should sound, Perfect!

Bought the in-app Xciter upgrade. Used to work fine (but extremely limited in flexibility unless you buy more expensive upgrades--which may or may not apply, there is no way of knowing ahead of time). >>>REVIEW UPDATE: APP CRASHES 9 OUT OF 10 TIMES THAT I START IT. MORE PAIN THAN GAIN WIRH THIS TERRIBLY FAULTY PRODUCT!!!<<< But the greatest insult is, you buy, but you ONLY get for the iPhone you purchased it on--all the other iPhones in your family are treated as separate purchases. Ugh! And buyer beware.
